Nepal blind women trounce Pakistan: Women’s blind T20 series

Nepal’s blind women cricket team won over Pakistan’s blind women team by 9 wickets in the 4th T-20 international match played at Shalimar Cricket Ground in Islamabad on Sunday. Nepal took an unassailable 3-0 lead in the 5-match series.

Batting first Pakistani Team had set a target of 101 – 7 wickets. Nepal in chase got over the target in 8.5 overs losing 1 wicket.

Sadia Khalid was the top scorer for Pakistani side with 20 scores and Kiran Ralique made 16 runs. For Nepal, Bimala Rai topped the score with an unbeaten 42 off just 15 balls while Muna Aryal scored 22 runs in 28 balls. Opener Mankeshi Chaudhary collected an unbeated 25 runs off 13 balls.

Bimala Rai was entitled as the player of the match while Muna was declared the valuable player of the match. They received 15,000 and 5,000 Pakistani rupees, respectively.

The last and 5th T-20 international match between two countries will be played today at the same place. The second match was washed out.
